Way to Spain (waytospain.com) is a study app for preparing Spain's nationality exams: the CCSE and the DELE A2. By using it you agree to these terms.

We are not Instituto Cervantes. The CCSE and DELE exams are administered by Instituto Cervantes; Way to Spain is an independent study tool with no affiliation to, or endorsement from, Instituto Cervantes or any government body. Preparing here does not guarantee you'll pass, and official exam information (dates, fees, registration, rules) always comes from the official sources.

You can use most of the app without an account. AI-powered features require signing in because each use costs real money to run. You're responsible for the activity on your account; one account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — for example, farming promotional credits or attempting to disrupt it.

Credits are a prepaid balance spent on the live speaking coach (currently 30 credits per minute, charged for the time actually spoken). Everything else in the app is free and doesn't use credits.

Promotional credits (welcome bonus, survey rewards, manual top-ups we grant) have no cash value, can't be transferred or redeemed, and we may adjust promotional programs at any time.

Purchased credits (when payments are enabled) are shown with their euro price before you buy. Statutory consumer rights under EU and Spanish law — including withdrawal rights for unused digital purchases — are unaffected by these terms. To request a refund of unused purchased credits, contact us.

Corrections, explanations, grading and the speaking coach are generated by AI. AI makes mistakes. Content is provided for study purposes and may be inaccurate or outdated — verify anything important (especially answers about current office-holders or legal procedures) against official sources before your exam.

The app's lessons, exercises and generated content are for your personal study. Don't scrape, resell or republish them, and don't use automated tools to bulk-extract AI responses or audio.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be discontinued (your right to a refund of unused purchased credits survives that). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that can't be waived.

You can delete your account (and all its data) from the Profile page at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of unused purchased credits unless the violation is the abuse of purchases themselves.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Questions: andreyturakin@gmail.com.
