Rates are given PER GUEST PER NIGHT. We require a minimum stay of 5 nights and 2 adults. Room arrangements are based on double occupancy. Individual Supplement will be charged only if requested. Children under 15 have a 25% discount.

Prices include the following:
FULL VACATION OPTION:

• Pick up and return to terminal in Asturias or Ferry in Santander.
• House rental based on double occupancy rooms.
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner as specified.
• All fees for planned visits and activities.
• A personal guide throughout the vacation.
• Transportation for visits and activities.

RENTAL OPTION:

• Home rental based on double occupancy rooms.
• Breakfast as specified.
• Orientation, maps and detailed daily itineraries.
• One guided tour for every three nights reserved.

Prices do not include:

• Flights or other travel arrangements to Asturias.
• Travel, medical and trip cancelation insurance.
• Personal expenses such as phone calls, food and drinks outside arranged meals, or any other costs of personal nature.
• Babysitting is available for 8€ an hour.
